When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail that contains your tracking information and a link to see where your package is currently located.  Typically, you can start to see progress within 24 hours of the package being marked shipped.  


There are some times when you will not receive this e-mail or don't have the email handy and you still want to get your tracking information.   Within your customer account section, you can retrieve the tracking number and the status of your order at any time.  To do this follow the simple steps below.

  1. Visit our website and click on the My Account button on the top left of any page.  
  2. Login to your account
  3. Find the order you wish to track and click the View Order button on the left side next to the order you wish to track
  4. Click on Shipments next to the in the About This Order section
  5. Select Track Your Order above the list of products
